You already have a plan. You know what you need to do in order to get to where you want to be. The main thing that can hold you back is inconsistent commitment. See, when you’re not committed, you’re forced to motivate yourself into dedication each day. It’s sort of like exercising. If you have to convince yourself to go to the gym every day, the decision making process itself becomes draining. Although doable, not very effective. It eventually wears on you. If you’re committed, without question, the energy you would’ve spent debating over it, is instead used toward riding the goal. Start keeping the promises you made to yourself. It’ll be beyond worth it.
