Take a moment to just check in on yourself. Close your eyes and ask “how do I feel right now?” Notice what your body says to you. Do you feel good and vibrant? If so, take a few deep breaths here and let “amplify this energy” be your internal mantra. If you’re anything else, think of an intention for the day. Whether it’s “I’m beyond blessed.” Or “life is good right now and will only get better from here.” Use whatever comes naturally to you. Take a few deep breaths with your intention, then remind yourself of that space throughout the day. You’re so meticulous about so many things in your life. Make grounding yourself be one of those things too.
