Every now and then you need to close out the apps on your phone because there’s too much going on. It needs some space to function. Some room to maneuver. Your mind works much the same way. You would benefit from a similar hard restart. So today, be cognizant of any lingering thoughts you’ve been carrying around. When you catch one, put it on the screen of your mind and mentally swipe it away just as you do on your phone. In doing so, you’re going to release a boatload of tension and move much more lightly.
