You have to give yourself the opportunity to rest every now and then. That’s what will give you that much needed second wind in order to take next steps without feeling overwhelmed. Much like any exercise regimen, it’s universally understood that your body grows during the recovery period, not while training. The same is to be said about you. It’s okay to go out there and grind on a daily basis for what you want. But you often overlook the growth period. The recovery period. The stabilization and grounding period. You have to take care of yourself while in pursuit of your dreams.
