Before you begin your day, close your eyes for a couple of minutes. Relax your body. Take a few deep breaths. Then picture the people and things in your life. Picture yourself embracing them. Sending them love. Feel their presence. As if they were there with you now. Even the people who have been difficult and challenging. Picture them doing well. Hitting their goals. Winning at life. Smiling. Laughing. Crying happy tears. Do the same for yourself, all you’ve accomplished, and all you’ve yet to achieve. There is nothing more beautiful than sending love and gratitude from a space of Self. It’s one of the most powerful ways to give thanks.
